Making Your Appointment
Appointments can usually be provided within one week and for acute, sudden illnesses we can occasionally offer something immediately. We have two ways to book an appointment with us. You can call our Clinic Reception Desk or you can use our online appointment booking system below through Vagaro.
Once you book your appointment you will receive a confirmation email. This will include a link that will take you to our New Client Form which must be filled out online prior to your appointment. If you are beginning with our Immunity Reimagined Package or a Naturopathic Evaluation, there are two additional forms that are required as well.
We need these forms to understand your symptoms and your condition. Your therapist will be reviewing your forms ahead of time so you must complete them at least 24 hours before your appointment or we may need to reschedule your appointment time. They are all digital so you simply fill them out online and click on SUBMIT for them to be sent to us securely.
Our Clinic Hours and Our Reception Desk
You can reach Cheryl at our Reception Desk by phone, email or text for appointments, product orders and questions. She is available every day except Thursday and Friday each week from 9-5. There are a number of times where she is very busy actually helping clients in the clinic or supporting our therapists, so if she doesn’t answer please leave a message and she will get back to you as soon as she can. If you are calling on a day our Reception Desk is closed, then you will receive a call back on our next workday.
Clinic General Hours - our clinic is appointment only and we are available for appointments on Mondays, Wednesdays, Saturdays and every other Sunday.
Picking up an order: We are available for pickup on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays from 9-1. We also have a dedicated lock cabinet in the lobby of our building where you can pick up your order any day of the week from 9-7. Please ask Cheryl for the code.

Therapy Preparation Instructions
Some of our appointments require a "preparation" in order for your appointment to be as effective as possible. Please be sure to download the preparation instructions relative to your appointment immediately.

We are in Westborough in central Massachusetts halfway between Worcester and Boston. We are located on the westbound side of Route 9 before the traffic light at Lyman Street. Watch for our sign as you make the curve after leaving 495. We have a great video that you can see below and on YouTube to guide you from Route 495 onto Route 9 and directly to our parking area.
There is ample parking right in the front of our clinic. Enter through the main lobby door in the center of the long building and we are immediately on the left on the main floor. Handicapped parking and entry is in the back of the building which you can reach by driving around the left side of the building and entering the lobby from there. If you need access to the handicapped lobby door please call our Reception Desk so we can make sure it is unlocked for you.
